Animal Report: Title: The Octopus Introduction:

 What do you think Has 9 brains and 3 hearts and lives under the sea? And also what scientists are still confused why this animal can camouflage but they are colour blind? … and no it is not a squid, it was an octopus!

 Locomotion: Locomotion means how do animals move around with no legs to walk with 
So octopus has two ways to move they can use their arms to move around when there hunting for food.
 The second one is when the force of the water is squirting out and pushes the octopus along, allowing it to swim backward through the ocean.And this another way for octopus to escape their predator This is called jet propulsion.

 :Size Size means how big are they! And how small are they! 
The longest octopus is up to 14 to 30 feet long And the smallest octopus is 1.5 cm And did you know that scientists are still confused why octopus can camouflage but they are colour blind?


:Life span Life span means how long can they live? 
An octopus can live up to 3 or 5 years and if it were a mother and the mother would lay eggs the female octopus will die so the father will take care of the little babies
